Refund policy
We love to see happy customers who keep coming back to visit our little cottage, and we believe in providing fair and honest customer service to delight our customers each and every time.
If you feel you would like to return any products to us for any reason, we would be happy to discuss this with you. Please read the policy below to see how this works:
Oops! I had a change of heart and would now like something different
We all change our minds from time-to-time, so if this happens and you feel that you have had a change of heart, we are happy to issue you with a store credit for the purchase price of your purchase (excluding any shipping and handling fees) providing that the items are returned* to us in original, unopened condition with all seals and packaging still intact. (Please note that we do not accept returns of any 'SALE' items and consequently no credits or refunds are available on items in this category).
Please email us within 7 days of receiving your item by emailing contactus@rawcottage.com.au and provide us with the following details and we will be in touch within the next 48 business hours with further instructions.

*Please note that any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
! Please note that we are unable to accept returns of intimate products, opened products and products which are sold unpackaged for hygiene reasons.
! We will aim to process your credit within five business days of receipt of the items, subject to the items being returned in original, undamaged condition.
!!Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange any products purchased on sale for change of mind, so please choose carefully!!
Where Art Thou?
We are so sorry to hear that your order was incorrect or missing an item. We do take extreme care to individually pack each order by hand; however if there is an issue, please contact us as soon as possible (within 7 days of receiving your order) by emailing us at contactus@rawcottage.com.au.

Oh no, my product has arrived broken
We are so sorry to hear that an item has broken in transit, despite all care taken to package all items carefully. If this happens, please take a couple of photos of the parcel and packaging, along with photos of the broken item and send these through to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Please send these to contactus@rawcottage.com.au along with the following details and one of our friendly team members will contact you as soon as possible to arrange for the replacement of the item to be sent out to you.

I didn’t collect my item in time, and it has been sent back to Raw Cottage
Oh dear, life is busy… we totally get that! If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at contactus@rawcottage.com.au and we can organise for the order** to be reshipped* back to you.
